5.1 ph8cash may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. 6.3 Malfunction Policy. 10.2 ph8cash's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph8cash account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 ph8cash does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

12.2 Upon termination for cause, ph8cash reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and to withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
12.3 You may close your ph8cash account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you following satisfactory completion of any pending verification requirements.
